Watershed
With tarpaulin found in the back streets of CBD combined withhundreds of recycled colourful bottle caps collected from beaches and parks etc , Slow Art Collective re-created and re-mapped the Yarra River. Participants made paper boats and re-arranged the river side for a celebration of Moomba, in the heart of City of Melbourne.
